Development and humanitarian programming cannot be separated from analyzes of the fragile contexts in which they are carried out. Significant social and economic changes can cause or aggravate conflict dynamics and impact the implementation of humanitarian and development activities. At best, poorly provided aid will have a non-significant impact and at worst it can inflame or create conflicts.
